With the rain and a cold front moving in, I made sure the hummingbird feeder was filled with fresh sugar water. I saw the male and had my camera ready in case he returned, but it looks like the female beat him to it.
I love the feel of this shot. Nice composition and dof and the bright red with the green is great. Also like the light highlights on the feeder. Fav for me.
I love your hummer - such nice light on her. I was checking your ISO - that's been my big problem (not enough light) may try going up higher - you sure didn't have any noise! Your detail is wonderful. They are such serious looking birds.
