There are not a lot of people who actually use spiles and pails to collect their maple sap anymore. So nice to find someone who does, so I thought I'd better get a picture while I can, because this method is no longer popular.
Most people use pipelines that bring the sap right to the sugar house - efficient, but very boring to photograph!
