Black Sheep of the Family by farmreporter

Black Sheep of the Family

I have a friend who compares himself to a black sheep - just a bit different than the rest. He was so excited when we had three born this last lambing and wanted me to get a shot for him.
Tonight I braved the black flies and mosquitoes to get one and this is what I was able to capture.
Sheep have got to be the most frustrating animals to photograph - especially if you want to get a nice solo photo of one.
I find that they are always together in a tight knit group and tend to get in the way of the one you are trying to photograph. Then there is the fact that they usually have their faces buried in the grass which further compounds the issue.
Oh well, I have all summer to get a better shot of her.
The tag looks like it says "Ha"!
