To be the header for the Weekly So Happy It's Thursday (SH*T) List feature.
Since the 365 Project is a photo site, I thought that the Weekly SH*T list should have a photo gracing the top of the page.
AND - since there was once a great quote challenge that has fallen by the wayside, I thought it would be a great idea to resurrect it.
From what I could see, the quote challenge was a weekly challenge with the description as follows:
This is a challenge where we give you a quote/saying and you use your imagination and creativity to come up with an image that fits with it. For example:
"Good friends are like stars... You don't always see them, but you know they are always there."
Rules:
- The quote must appear in your image.
- Entries must have been taken and uploaded during the specified timeline.
- The winner of the previous challenge gets to pick the next quote.
- Maximum 3 entries per person per challenge, please!
Tag your photo quote-1 (for the first one – then numerically each week thereafter.)
The winner of the previous challenge gets to pick the next quote. Also, like all other challenges, the person who picked the quote will choose their top 4, 5, or 6 that they feel best fits with the quote they provided for voting.
This challenge was started by Ninjina (@marinda) who is no longer a member of 365.

Since this is a brand new challenge, I will choose the finalists for the first week and then that winner can get the ball rolling with a quote.
However, the second place winner will be featured on the next week since voting for the second winner will only be taking place that week and it will take a few weeks for the pattern to get established … I think that is the way it will work out?
Any suggestions on how to make the introduction of new weekly challenges smooth are greatly appreciated since I have never done this before.
