Laura @la_photographic challenged me to do a collage for this week's get pushed challenge.
I was also thinking entering the MFPIAC (My Favourite Pictures in a Collage) which has the theme of Tell Us a Story.
We have been walloped with a huge winter storm over two days. It was so bad that we had to blow out our long driveway twice in a single day.
The storm broke last night and the clean-up began today. I went around and took pictures of the clean-up.
Clock-wise from the top left:
1- Blowing out our long driveway for the second time in a single day during the storm
2- A highways truck clearing the shoulders of the road
3- Volunteers cleaning the church steps and entrance
4- A man and his dog cleaning the sidewalk in front of his apartment
5- A man cleaning out his rural driveway with a small snowblower. A big job for the small machine.
and
6- The tractor can throw the snow high above the house and trees.
This is a get-pushed challenge I received several years ago. I had a great time doing this and thought you might enjoy it, but please say so if it's too involved. The challenge is to create an oil and water abstract. I'm attaching the link that I was given, and I'm sure there are other tutorials and descriptions on the internet. https://www.clickinmoms.com/blog/how-to-make-an-abstract-macro-photo-with-oil-and-water/
Thank you for the challenge!
