We were up and on the road early to grab the sights surrounding Pincher Creek, ... and we did not see all we wanted to see even then!
This was my first shot of the day just outside Cowley.
Cowley is a small village about 5 minutes from Pincher Creek and it was featured in the 2005 motion picture Brokeback Mountain as the fictional town of Signal, Wyoming.
That movie greatly increased tourism - for Montana ... lol!
The long distance between the foreground and background is very clear here. Really shows how isolated and far apart people live(d) in this area of your country.
