I definitely was not ready for this owl to come blasting out of the barn as I approached!
I had the wrong lens (my nifty-fifty since I am doing the September challenge) and I had pre-set a slow shutter speed for the darker barn interior. This shot is heavily cropped and was done on a hope and a prayer. I feel blessed that it came out as well as it did all things considering!!
