I thought it was very rude of this moose to stick his tongue out at me (haha) The moose at Algonquin Park come to the road side this time of year to drink the salt water from the ditches! They are loosing their winter coats so they look a little scruffy! They are starting to grow their racks again! Amazing animals and its always a pleasure just to see one!
Wonderful, wonderful pic! Love that tongue too. I adore moose and wished I lived where I might see them more frequently than never. Was so excited when visiting the Nat'l Park in Colorado a couple of years ago and spotted a mother with two young ones wading through a creek.
