Teenager!

I have had a few young cardinal coming to my feeders the last few days! They are all getting their grown up feathers! I like the hair do on this one! I've been doing a lot of bugs lately so I thought that I should switch it up a bit!

Don't know that I've ever seen a cardinal at this stage of life. Appears that the 'teenage years' are as rough for birds as they can be for humans! Excellent photo of him - great focus, composition, colors.
