French efficiency?

I am wondering when the Christmas trees and lights are going to come down in Paris... But they only put them up mid-December so it seems a shame to get rid of them already! I particularly like this arrangement on one of the busy roundabouts near my apartment. I was going to take a picture of them in the dark, but they don't actually light up! They shine nicely when the sun hits them though - Lucy

Gorgeous shot!!! Strictly speaking Christmas is celebrated from 25 December to February 2.... perhaps the French stick to the old Traditions!
