This gate at St John's College Cambridge was built in 1516. I pass it, along with other magnificent buildings, on the way to my U3A course each Monday.
@wakelys - one of the reasons people visit Cambridge Susan! It is so easy to take these all for granted if you are a local. We have some magnificent places on our doorstep.
