I pass this clump of flowers almost every morning on my way to the train station. They're about 5 feet tall, loose and lacy and nodding gentle with the wind. They are in someone's suburban yard but look like they belong in a meadow somewhere.Today I finally pulled off the road and got out of the car to take a picture. Up close you can see that they are nearing the end of their season as many flowers are shriveling and turning into seed heads. I should have stopped earlier, but I'm still got I got to shoot them, even if they are past their prime.
