I guess you can't expect anything else when you leave a big gap between the side of the gate and the rest of the fence but, I had to wonder, did people not read the sign or just read it and figure they knew better. I admit, I couldn't see any obvious problem with the wharf and nobody got injured while I was watching.
@joysabin I'm good with that as long as they don't try to sue when they get swept away. Update on the dangerous conditions...apparently the water is at a very much higher than normal level and, when the wind switches around, which it has been doing frequently in our weird weather the last few days, the waves over top the wharf.
