...the peony season, that is. From a few days ago, when I had to search for anything that seemed worth photographing, there has been a big change in my garden. Now I have a magnolia in bloom, and lots of peonies just beginning to open and several other flowers near to blooming too. Rags to riches in about 48 hours. Happy spring!

Already? Ours are only stalks sticking out of the ground. One of those things we look forward to when Spring arrives. Thankfully not sure if everything shows up at the same time.
@brigette Yes I have quite a few peony plants. I used to have quite a few roses too but, in this climate, the roses need to be protected in the winter and, over the years, I’ve lost most of my rose plants and not replaced them.
