When I was in Lisbon, several years ago, I saw some great, colourful, wall art so, I dug up a couple of photos for the Street Art challenge. Only thing is I'm not sure if this is actually 'street art'. It is on the street, but it's done with tiles not spray paint and not surreptitiously, but with the consent of the buildings owner.
Yes it's street art. It has become quite mainstream and a lot of good stuff is done with the consent of the owner and remains in place permanently. There are still places where it's more transient and edgy - room for both types 🙂
