Katniss is lovely on black.
This balcony has so much dry rot it is suppose to come down and be rebuilt. The thing is I love this balcony that I designed and we had built 22 years ago. If we have it torn down and done over, besides the expense, the codes have changed and the rails need to be 5-6 inches even higher, the stairs will need a double hand rail (and its ugly) and the railings will no longer match our front porch. Plus, Katniss could not walk or lay on it. So far, I don't like my choices.
Beautiful capture of your lovely cat. I would have chosen 'Stretching' for a title but that's not important. When you have to replace the old by the new there is always many problems to fit things to one's needs. I hope you manage somehow.
