Katniss jumped up on the railing of our rebuilt back balcony (this summer). California code required it to be 4" higher than our last perfectly good wood railing. Katniss hasn't enjoyed the balcony as much with all the new code requirements and neither have I. However, it is safe to walk on, we can again use the stairs and no more dry rot. It also is not built of wood but Trex with white aluminum rails. She is about 3 stories up from the hard brick walkways...scary!
Look how long that one whisker is and the little ones on the top of her head. And I love her fuzzy ear hair too. None of those would be attractive on a human...haha! Nice on Black.
