Today was an amazing 44C (111F) with a wild hot north wind. Yesterday was only 20C and tomorrow will be only 20 again! A change blew through from the south-west about 6pm which made the people at the beach scatter as it blew up the sand and dropped the temperature by 10 degrees quickly. Smoke from the NSW fires even blew down here during the day - 1000 kms (620miles) away A very strange day indeed!
They have been warning us for days about upcoming weather and possible strong storms. But so far it has been an up-and-down temperature thing and a little on the Windee side at times but not too bad I’m not a whole lot of rain yet but I’m sure that will change tomorrow with the new front moving through.
