Two or three times a year my husband has a huge bonfire at his store. Tonight was the night. This is the first time I have taken pictures of one and this one didn't disappoint. I especially loved the way the embers looked as they wended their way skyward. In the first shot you can see him getting the fire started and in the last shot you can see an old four wheel vehicle that is going up in flames
This is one big bonfire!!! Pix are cool and shots like this with the lighting are tough sometimes. You did it well. Fire is scarey to me so I wouldn't have hung around too long!
@bruni I am honored by your viewing and comments. Thanks. I loved the middle left shot best and almost wish I had posted that one alone but I was trying to show all the different aspects of the bonfire and the collage was the best way to do that.
@grammyn I sometimes post the best picture in my default album and then make a collage using other pictures incl. that one.. I find you get more view on a single picture.
