Skating Rink

At the mall near where I live is an indoor skating rink. I have been told it is the only one in Alabama. In the afternoons and evenings it is usually busy with skaters. Some people even take lessons and practice here. Today there were only two skaters and I waited until they were behind the Christmas tree to take the shot

Wow...I have seen a lot of things in the US, but never a skating rink inside a mall. There is always something new to be found on this site :)

@noaceyet There used to be 2 malls in Portland, OR with indoor skating rinks but one of them has closed.

Wow this is fantastic to have a indoor skating ring in a mall..smart move to wait and be ready when they disappear behind the tree.
