Fly By

I have been wanting to catch one of these C-130s as it flies over my house for months. I hear it coming, RUN for the camera, try to get the settings on the run as I tear out the door avoiding the dogs who are trying to figure out what all the commotion is, find it in the sky, zoom in only to see it disappear behind the tree line!! Today...............success! Not as great as I wanted , but I caught it! I'll be trying again!

How exciting, Katy!! I went to our airport here one day to photo a plane taking off or landing ... nothing. This is a fabulous capture ... love the movement and the clouds in there. Whoohoo ... you go, girl.

@marilyn The one I really want will be bigger. This one was majorly cropped because of the power pole and line that went through it. I had to paint out the power lines as it was! Thank you so much for your kind words !
