Katy this is brilliant! What a great idea and aaaw Bambi's mom, we all have fond memories of her. Good luck with this challenge you get my vote (and ps: thanks for your vote on my dog portrait)!
You got my vote. this is awesome. just would love to know that application you used. this is the first time I participate in a challenge like this. I don't know when the time is running out, but I posted another one today where I asked for some input. should you have the time, maybe you could have a look at it. I would appreciate if you could give some pointers. thanks Katy. when my husband saw your picture he said it was fantastic.
@bruni You are so kind, Bruni! I used picasa collage and there is a setting for double exposure. All I did was place two pictures in the collage and then hit that setting . the computer does all the work. It is necessary to have a shot that will blend well with the given shot. You might be able to do the same with the one you did.
I really appreciate the support of you and your husband! thanks! ;~}
@grammyn Thank you so much for your reply. Katy, I 'm using
picasa 3. I double checked the application, but didn't find a setting for double exposure. wonder if you have a newer version. when I goggle picasa I see they have picasa 3.9 or picasa for window 7 and
picasa 5. may I ask which one you're using?
@bruni Oh, Bruni I am so sorry for not getting back to you sooner. I use Picasa3 too. At the top where it says file, edit, view etc. is a choice of create. It will take you to the collage choices once you click on it. After you get there you are on your own! ;~} I have to struggle with it myself every time I go there. Just hit buttons until you find something you like.
I really appreciate the support of you and your husband! thanks! ;~}
