Continuing with my exploration of filters in Photoshop...this one is a year old photo of the reflection of an old-fashioned streetlamp that I used a filter on; the filter was from the "distort" menu and was the "twirl" filter. I've done numerous ICM images in camera but this is the first time I've seen how to get the effect with a filter on PS.
