Inner Working of an Antique Music Box

The theme at @thedarkroom this week has been music...I chose to shoot the inner workings of this music box, which I know belonged to my mother but don't know if it goes further back than that. So I'll put this black & white version here as b&w still-life for Flash of Red.

I'm guessing the music box may not work too well. It seems to have a lot of debris in it.

@randystreat You had asked about my music box shot...inspite of all the depris in it, it still works perfectly. Odd but true!
