Rusted Boat Lift

An abandoned boat lift on one of the near-by canals. The rust doesn't show in b&w so well but I think it works with an aged appearance.

I really like the line and pattern as you've done it here.
Have you considered split toning (or selective desaturation) to leave the rust color and drop the rest back to B&W?
