Panning & Soft focus

Rodeo at St Paul, Oregon...another chance for me work on panning and a bit faster pace than I have done before. The really fast moving horses I had trouble keeping in focus, so I'll have to continue working on that faster movement. I added some post "soft focus" to this as well, just because I thought it added some interest value.
beautifully done!

I just noticed this in your album. I would love to be able to do this - it gives such a wonderful effect. I'm going to keep persevering with your hints! The soft focus addition really added to the effect also. So nice.
