These are the front brake callipers off the spitfire. They are giving me a nightmare as the pistons are seized (I have now got three out, but the forth won't budge), and the bleed nipples are also stuck (one was obviously snapped by a previous owner, and the other is starting to round). I am now considering new/exchange ones.
Sorry for the boring 'car bits' photos - I am sure there will be many more as I try and get the Spitfire back on the road.
It's always the important parts that get stuck. I've replaced many calipers due to the same reason. Two of mine have gotten stuck while I was driving the car. They wear the inside of the rotor (where you can't see it), so in a short time, the outside pads look fine, but I hear grinding. Ugh, new rotors too! Cars are so hard to drive when they won't stop though *sigh*
