I think sticking with the color was a good choice because I really like that tiny pop of color on the cable and yet the overall shot still had a monochrome feel. I really like the patterns made by the tire on the ground too- a fav!

@tstb13 This is a maneuvering area in the port - a view from above. You can see different types of asphalt. Recently, this black one was put. Some car came out onto a freshly poured out an asphalt and left these traces behind.

I do rather like this - and particularly the colours. I have had it open in my browser for a couple of days now - waiting for me to start looking at everyone's albums again. Each time it has come up I have enjoyed the colours and patterns.
