I was sceptical at first but it was delicious!

Zucchini cut in thin strips and mixed with pesto. I added mushrooms, tomatoes and sundried tomatoes + salt to taste. Let everything marinade for an hour then quickly heated it in a frying pan with a little olive oil. Everything was topped with a generous amount of Parmesan cheese :-)

Definitely something I will have again.

(And I probably should go and check out some tutorials on food photography :-)
