Today we visited Ruurlo Castle / museum More.
From left to right: the orangery, now a nice restaurant, lovely foliage and seedpods, one of the paintings of Carel Willink. I had the feeling you could step into this street and walk through this in Italy inspired streetscape.
Ruurlo castle and its reflection, the new access bridge to Ruurlo Castle was designed by Hans van Heeswijk Architects, apart of a painting of Willinks third wife Mathilde and the coat she is wearing in the painting. This coat was designed by Fong Leng.
Goose came looking for food, another view of the castle and a detail of the painting Camel in Versailles parc. I love the magical realism of Willink. https://www.google.nl/search?sa=X&source=univ&tbm=isch&q=carel+willink+schilderijen&hl=nl-nl&client=safari&ved=2ahUKEwiZiPKguv3rAhWPGewKHbWxBisQjJkEegQIEBAB&biw=1269&bih=1633&dpr=2
