Raspberry Bake by jamibann

Raspberry Bake

It was our last tennis meet before the summer break, yesterday morning, so I made a batch of Raspberry Bake to take down and enjoy after playing. It went down well!
That looks awesome.

@busylady @paulaw Really, really easy ladies! 3/4 cup butter, 1 cup brown sugar, 1 1/2 cups flour, 1/2 teaspoon baking soda, 1 1/2 cups porridge oats, 1 jar raspberry jam, some fresh rasps. Beat butter and sugar. Add flour, soda and oats. Press (firmly) 3/4 of mixture onto a 9x13 greased pan. Spread jam over mixture and scatter (squashing flat) some fresh rasps over the jam. Sprinkle remaining mixture over jam/rasps (crumble style). Bake at 400/200 for about 20 minutes. Cut into pieces whilst still warm. :-)
