Our son came up from Glasgow, where he is doing a summer internship, to join us for the weekend. He fished with his dad this morning and then went off mountain biking with his friend this afternoon. Tomorrow he and and I are participating in the annual Heart of the Park Challenge - a 12km run in the Cairngorm Park, - varied and steep terrain with numerous river crossings. Hard work, but we love it!
