I'm a bit fed up of the rain, I must confess - it seems to have been wet for months! However, it does add an element of interest to street photography, as long as you can get out and about and keep the camera dry! Yesterday, I went to the Musée Guimet to see an exhibition of old Burmese photographs, passing by Place de Trocadéro. There's always something of interest going on there, photographically speaking. I loved the sight of this little family trying to get a photo of them all having a family kiss with the Eiffel Tower behind them. So cute.
Besides you, I don't see anyone taking their photo...and it's so sweet! I suppose we can't give every visitor their holiday picture...but this is Soo-o-o cute...
@Weezilou Yes, it's funny, but both the woman in front (with backpack) and the guy on the right (with cape) had their cameras on the family - but keeping them out of the rain, I guess, so not in evidence in my photo!
Fabulous street photography - love the ponchos and the father's expression - and of course that little bit of the Eiffel Tower is the icing on the cake.
I commend you for getting out in the rain for your photos! I shuddered every time I tried it while in Canada for I wondered if I might ruin my camera in short order!
