I'm in Scotland and quite exhausted after a day of moving furniture and trying to get some order into our house. The work is still not finished and there is white dust everywhere, I mean everywhere ... but they have 3 more weeks before we move in. It's been a long, hard struggle, but we are getting there. So, no photography today, but here's one from earlier in the week in Paris. One of my favourite bridges - Pont Alexandre III, the most ornate bridge in Paris.
Sorry, but commenting will be sporadic over the next week - a very busy week ahead!
What a wonderful shot of this beautiful bridge. I was going to say you will miss Paris but I guess it's just across the water for a filip of France when needed. Good luck with the move.,
Aaaah, another favourite place in Paris and I have a street artist's painting I bought right here on this end of this bridge.
All the best with the moving and unpacking and sorting. Thinking of you and cheering you on x
Lovely photo and good to know things are progressing.....whatever!
I've had very busy day with my sister doing Mum's garden. Will continue when I'm up in two weeks.....Now heading to bed!! Think I will sleep well!!! Hope things go as well as possible and work completed before too much time passes.
I just loved this bridge too when over in Paris! I wish you all the best with your move - I know it's a difficult time!!! Fav for this beautiful photo :)
Oh, wow...this is simply amazing! I love the line leading to the impressive structure in the distance. And I do feel for you. Construction -- living in the midst of it -- a nightmare. Even months after, I occasionally find that white dust. But it will be so worth it in the end. Good luck!
Good luck with the move.
