We came through to Belfast on our way home to Scotland, and whilst hubby caught up with friends and went to see a rugby match, I went out with my camera ... in the pouring rain, as it happens. Not the best of days for it, but I managed to get a few shots of interest.
My first plan was to go to the Titanic exhibition, but as it was late in the day when I arrived, I didn't get a ticket. As I was replanning my afternoon, I spotted this mum and daughter sheltering as best they could while waiting for a taxi. There had been some sort of Northern Irish Dance championship going on in the exhibition centre, and this little girl had evidently won her trophy and was heading home. Mum was clearly keen to keep those golden locks dry!
@lesip Well, actually I was standing under the canopy of the Titanic Centre. I then tucked it away in my bag whilst I walked to my next designated photo stop - Divis Street and the peace street art.
Warm and sunny in the NL, 23°C.
