Just as I was going to bed last night ... I caught a glimpse, and yes of course I had to get the camera. I did not, at that time, get the tripod, so it's not the best shot, but it shows how beautiful and bright it was. Here's to the days getting longer again. Better on black, naturally.
That's a great shot of a fabulous moon. Somehow full moon on the longest night seems right. It was still high in the sky when I was heading to Mum's just after 7am. I had gone back to get my camera but haven't had a minute to see how it looks...yet!
Yes longer days but as the days lengthen the cold strengthens of course! A great moon shot, must have been a lovely night! You could imagin3 Santa & his sleigh travelling across that moon!
