Tokyo's International Forum

Awake at Silly O'Clock this morning, there's a surprise!

However, making good use of time - here's an image from our visit of the International Forum on Monday afternoon. A most fabulous building and one that you can stroll around. Photographer's heaven.

It was completed in 1996, and was designed by Rafael Viñoly, a Uruguayan architect. The outside is shaped like an elongated boat - although I never managed to view it externally to properly appreciate this aspect of it - it is somewhat surrounded by other rather tall buildings.
an absolute must on black- superb sense of scale and composition
