I think I've mentioned this before, but as a throwback from Covid times, I still get monthly deliveries of artisanal bread, from Whole Hearth Bakery in Comrie. When it arrives, I cut each loaf half and freeze. It arrived yesterday, and here you can see the seeded raisin loaf which is delicious. The wooden chopping board was made for us by a friend in Argentina in 1999. It's done us well and has travelled the world with us.
That sounds delicious. I often make my own bread by hand as I am allergic to soya and so many breads commercially have soya flour in sadly. This looks like it might not...... Love the smell of fresh bread. Love that your board is unique and has travelled the world with you.
Great composition and focus. Something's been wrong with our bread lately. It is getting more and more expensive, smaller and of worse quality. Many bakeries have closed due to rising energy prices.
Looks wonderful- those seeds would cause me some trouble getting stuck in my teeth- but I'd eat it anyway!! Lovely shot- could be an advertisement for the bakery it's so nice.
enjoy your bread issi
