In so many ways. She is 2544 Nautical Miles away from Cape Town. 11-12 days sailing with any luck. But they're hitting some interesting weather. Wind holes and storms. I've started to think about what I need to pack and thinking about some SA sunshine - especially as it is so wet over here.
Are you going to meet her there? How wonderful! Fabulous composition. Conditions certainly sound challenging. She will have so many tales to tell when she gets home!

How special to be there with her.... hope all goes well with their sailing. And being in sunshine.... Oh how delightful. These wet grey days are quite extraordinary and not at all like our usual weather. Our little family have postponed coming up twice now!!

@onewing We will, definitely. I just hope she arrives in time for us to spend some quality time with her. It's difficult to judge as so much depends on the sailing and more particularly the wind, but she may arrive around the 11th.
