So the hostas are blooming; and I'm out there trying to capture a dewdrop on one of the buds when I realize what I'm really looking at is the puffy, white clouds in the beautiful blue sky above! Yes, there's really a reflection in that tiny, little dewdrop!
I had to look very closely - after reading your description - and I'm truly amazed at your achievement. Brilliant picture of clouds! And I'm a hosta fanatic too. Fav
@mothermalarky Thank you! I had already snapped a few pictures when, peering through the viewfinder for the next shot, I saw what looked like clouds. I looked up in the sky to confirm, and yes! Clouds they were! I was mesmerized. One of my goals for the 365 Project is to increase my observation skills, so I'm happy that my third photo did just that. I'm also happy you liked it...thanks again!
Sure enough, the sky has been captured in the reflection.
I didn't join 365 with the idea of learning to 'see more' — I wanted to get to know my camera — but it's what has happened, and continues to take place each day I head out with my equipment. :)
I'm so new to 365, but I can already see that it has helped me with my photography. I love it! I, too, want to get to know my camera better. I recently purchased a Nikon D7100, and I'm really having fun with it! Happy snapping! :-)
