I took a walk around the pool today to have a look at Spring’s handiwork; and I fell in love with these sweet, little lilac buds. At just about a quarter of an inch long, they only hint at the powerful punch of purple yet to come!
Our long-time landscaper arrived to do some work for us on Mother’s Day a few years back, and he surprised me with an exuberant “Happy Mother’s Day!” greeting and this beautiful Bloomerang™ Purple Lilac. It blooms in Spring and again from midsummer to frost!
