Eggplants!

Fifteen days after seed planting, I’m tending ½” high eggplant seedlings! Inspired by my daughter’s delicious eggplant parmesan, I decided to add eggplants to the kitchen garden this year. I have high hopes for this All-America Selections Award Winner. Compact Patio Baby Mini Eggplant matures quickly (about 45 days after transplanting outdoors) and produces little 2”-3” eggplants all Summer long. Mmm, mmm, mmm!
