Thank you so much!
You know that I am traveling alone in my mountain hikes. When I show you my photos and get such a nice feedback, I have very dear companions in the mountains. This is a very nice feeling.
You made my day.
Yes, Debby, hiking and climbing in the mountains is a passion of mine. Very little of special equipment is necessary for hiking: solid shoes, good trousers, walking sticks, backpack. Natur gives you everything else - the wonderful mountains, the clean air, the sky and the clouds. And you move and you feel your whole body when you climb up to the summit. You are one with your soul and body. And you are one with the mountain, if you try to understand and trust him.
FAV -- I love the strong verticals, the rolling horizontal lines, and the diagonal lines that add interest. The image is striking for its visual contrasts in color, line and form. Oh, how I wish I could see this myself!
Thank you, Junko, for your nice comment!
How you describe - that's the way I usually look at a picture: very abstract - lines, directions, moving towards one another from surfaces, tones, gestures of forms. But it is important to see the single parts in their context. And over all stands the feeling... If you do not feel it, you will not hunt it... The feeling, the empathy, the sensitivity are at the beginning and at the end.
