Mist accompanied me ascending to the summit. The dark shapes then stand pretty against the light background. The leaves white bordered by the frost.

I have only ever seen one hoar frost... where we live there is no frost..let alone a hoarfrost. The atmospheric conditions you find are just gorgeous - the soft light, the receding clarity of the image...all foreign here. I love seeing these images - you do them so well.
