You've done it again, my friend. Your subtle photo are equally as spectacular as young most dramatic ones. Love the textures, the composition, the interplay of light and dark. Wonderful.
Ja, sehr schön. Bergblumen suchen immer so zart.
The mountains teach a lot... like the flowers that bloom in barren rocks under often harsh weather conditions. Tender exists in the hard and massive rock. How little these flowers need and how beautifully nature expresses itself.
The picture: It is divided horizontally into a dark, shady half and a bright, sunlit area. In the dark the bright blossoms shine, in the light they show as dark shadows. - Light on dark, dark on light: that is the basic concept of this picture.
@casablanca In fact, the wondrous beauties and orders of nature can not be "explained" back to their origin. Even if science asserts this. There is a mystery inspiriting everything. I think that's great.
@hrs Thank you, Helen, for your kind visit!
I'm actually looking forward to the seemingly small things along the way. But so much wonder is there. I stop and look... and let myself be embraced by the beautiful.
@kerosene Thanks a lot, Caroline! I always appreciate your visits very much. I can well imagine that you feel good in the mountains, that the ascent to a summit is a nice experience for you, that you enjoy the rocks and the flowers that bloom there.
