There is certainly a contrast between the graffiti art and the cold grey blue of the urban environment and it is well photographed. Just a point of note to taking anybody else's art (street art included). Try to make the image yours possibly with people included or the angle which you choose to photograph it. This works well because you have included the urban environment and shown the difference in not only colour but the contrast of warm and cool! Well done!
