Well, it actually goes to the little sleeping house in the woods that I posted a while ago. Years ago, I was gone for a few weeks in December before my January Birthday. Secretly my husband and youngest son built a new path and staircase to make it easier to get to the pavilion (sleeping house). I was so deeply touched. Every time I walk up our long driveway and pass this, it reminds me of all the ways my family has shown their love to me over the years. I feel truly blessed. And I see I just completed 50%!
Nice! I like the upward angle and the slight bends.
Coincidence that you post this: I was talking with Pam Martin and we got to talking somehow about high school, and friends, etc, and she asked me if I had been friends with any of your kids. I told her yes, and she said that you had delivered her younger son, Tyson, 31 years ago! Ty was a BIT of a surprise to them; Gary was in my (and Niguelle's!) class in high school, so the age difference was rather large! She said, totally out of the blue, that she remembered that you had a sleeping cottage that was away from the house, and she always thought that would be cool to have. Anyway, she said to tell you "hi"!
I love these stairs!!!! Leaves you wondering where they go! The sleeping house sounds so cool! I need to go back through and look, I might have missed that!
