I went back to the rose garden with a friend and found it beautifully in bloom. Sadly my friend is not much for photography so it felt a bit like stealing a shot. Not as well composed as I would have liked
gorgeous! I should head over there sometime soon. Going to Ashland for the weekend, tho, to go see "Romeo and Juliet" with some friends.
PS: My friend who went to Italy with me four years ago, and who will be going with me again this year, is not nearly as much into photography as I am, and she started getting mad at me for stopping to take so many pics. A bummer, really, that I missed some shots of some fabulous things because I felt the pressure to do things more her way than mine and not stop as much as I wanted. I've warned her already to be prepared for LOTS of picture taking!
You probably rushed it if your friend wasn't in to photography ! I have been there & sometimes you feel just a nuisance keep stopping !! Never the less it is a beautiful arch way of roses !
