I think I feel as if I need to get at least one hummer shot of them drinking in every flower in our yard! Thanks for tolerating my hummer love.

Wow, wonderful composition... I love these 'action' shots. I was thinking about what you said, and since it is going to be so hot its really not worth driving an hour and 15 minutes (for me) for maybe 2 dragonflies that might not even be there in this heat. They probably will be back in the woods more. Anyway, the duck pond in Roseburg has thousands of these guys, so if you'd ever like to head down here I will host you. What a sweet offer. Thanks. I found several at a nearby lake here today. No camera with me but I'll go back. It was so hot in Eugene today I came home right after my appointment and didn't stay for the scheduled walk with my friend. Let's do get together for a meet up one day soon
