The park is a quiet place in Winter. But a few hardy souls come out - mostly people walking their dogs. (This is why I like cats - they don't need walking.) This dog was keeping just far enough from the owner so it couldn't be caught. Finally the owner got smart and turned away to head to the car. Sure enough the dog followed suit realizing the game was over. I wish I could have gotten a picture of the dog in the tiny car.
